Assessment

Assessment for the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (England) is through a portfolio of evidence, practical observations, and written assignments. All work is internally marked and externally quality assured.

Placement requirements

Learners must be employed in a managerial or deputy managerial role within an appropriate setting, or have the opportunity to carry out responsibilities associated with these roles, to undertake this qualification.

Entry requirements

  • Learners must be at least 19 years old.
