Assessment for the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (England) is through a portfolio of evidence, practical observations, and written assignments. All work is internally marked and externally quality assured.
Learners must be employed in a managerial or deputy managerial role within an appropriate setting, or have the opportunity to carry out responsibilities associated with these roles, to undertake this qualification.
Learners must be at least 19 years old.
A Level 3 qualification or above in a related field is recommended.
Learners must be working as a Deputy or Manager in a relevant setting, or have the opportunity to carry out duties associated with these roles.
