The Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set (ASC-WDS), formerly known as NMDS-SC, is the national workforce database for adult social care in England, managed by Skills for Care. Agencies with an active ASC-WDS account may be eligible to claim funding through the Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS), which replaced the Workforce Development Fund (WDF) in 2025.
