Our Level 3 Diploma in Skills for Business: Enterprise develops an in-depth understanding of the skills needed to work in a business environment, and gives you an understanding of business responsibilities and culture. This qualification allows learners to develop skills to communicate, solve problems, and work efficiently with others, as well as enable them to learn how to improve and manage their own performance in a business settings, with a focus on enterprise and entrepreneurship.
This qualification is for learners aged 16 and above and will prepare Learners for entering a business environment. It develops you in areas like communication, so you can work better with others while giving you the chance to manage and improve your performance in a business setting. As you develop there’s possibility to gain key skills like team working, appropriate dress, behaviour and interpersonal skills. Naturally, you’ll also gain insight into supporting others and how varying roles and departments function within an organisation. In addition, this qualification provides the skills, knowledge and resources required to set up a new business.
The NCFE Level 3 Diploma in Skills for Business: Enterprise is a 90 credit qualification and is the equivalent level to an A Level or Access to Higher Education qualification, meaning it can be used to enter a UK University.

Study Hours
Total Qualification Time: 900 hours
Total Guided Learning: 540 hours
This course is designed to be completed over a 24-month period. However, with commitment and dedication through our online tutor led sessions and support many of our learners complete this course much sooner.
Study Method
This course has been specifically designed for the convenience of Remote Learning. Throughout the course, there will be self-assessment questions, and tutor marked assignments (TMAs), to enable you to monitor your progress.
Course Duration
You have up to 2 years to complete this course and we have included the recommended number of study hours. This is usually enough time for learners, even with full-time jobs and other commitments. Don’t worry if you go over the year though, we can organise an extension to your course for an additional fee, which also extends your tutor support.
Assessment
Throughout this course, you will be expected to complete assignments, essays, research projects, presentations, video/audio recordings, and practical learning sessions to meet the requirements of your course. This information will be included in your study pack detailing exactly what you need to do to accomplish your goals as a student.
Course Outcomes
At the end of this course, successful learners will receive a NCFE Qualification and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the details all of the units you have completed as part of your course). Tens of thousands of people each year further their education with an NCFE award.
What could it lead to?
Students who achieve this qualification could progress to other Level 3 Business qualifications, a Foundation Degree in Leadership & Management or advanced/higher apprenticeships or employment in roles such as Administrative Assistant, Programme Administrator, Pay Role Administrator, Data Entry Clerk, Personal Assistant or Secretary to name a few.
