Study Hours

It takes around 540 hours to complete this course. 

This course has been designed to be completed over a 24month full time study period but with commitment, dedication and support through tutor led sessions many of our leaners complete this qualification sooner.   

Study Method

This course has been specifically designed for the convenience of Remote Learning. During the course, there will be self-assessment questions, and tutor marked assignments (TMAs), so that you can monitor your progress.  

Course Duration

You have 12 months to complete this course upon enrolment. This is normally sufficient time for students to complete the course. No need to worry if you go over the year though, we can organise an extension to your course for an additional fee, which also extends your tutor support. 

Assessment

Throughout this course, you may be expected to complete assignments, essays, research projects, presentations, video/audio recordings, and practical learning sessions to meet the requirements of your course. This information will be included in your study pack detailing exactly what you need to do to accomplish your goals as a student. 

Course Outcomes

At the end of this course, successful learners will receive an NCFE Qualification and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the details all of the units completed as part of your course). Tens of thousands of people each year further their education with an NCFE award. 

What could this Qualification lead to?

This course can be a valuable introduction to communication skills, critical thinking and interpersonal skills as well as team working skills that are transferable into a range of career and educational opportunities. 

It forms the foundation of a career within the profession, giving the base for further development through a career path within an organisation and/or through a HR Consultant/Partner apprenticeship. On completion of this Level 3 qualification candidates can also progress their studies further by undertaking higher level studies in human resources or leadership and management.  

LCC suggest the Diploma in HR Management as the next step.
